2024年5月某天早上7时许，周某在上海市普陀区武威路、红棉路路口东侧人行横道，闯红灯穿过马路约5米处时，骑着电动自行车的林某刚好经过。发生碰撞后，林某连人带车摔倒在对向机动车道内。此时，恰逢对面路口机动车道变绿灯放行，刘某驾驶的小客车起步躲闪不及，导致林某遭车辆碾压受伤，周某见状却逃离现场。后电动车主林某经抢救无效于当日死亡。</p><p> 当天，周某在接到警方电话通知后自行至公安机关接受调查，并如实供述了案发经过。</p><p><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong> 经道路交通事故认定书认定，</strong></span>周某在人行横道内闯红灯通行，负主要责任；林某驾驶电动自行车在道路上超速行驶，负次要责任；刘某在绿灯时驾驶小客车正常通行，在本起事故中无需承担责任。</p><p><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong> 法院经审理认为，</strong></span>周某犯交通肇事罪的事实清楚，证据充分，且周某在事发后迅速离开现场，属于交通肇事后逃逸，系法定加重处罚情节。其主动到案后如实供述，系自首，可以依法从轻处罚，遂以交通肇事罪判处周某有期徒刑二年六个月。</p></section></section></section><section style="display: flex;flex-flow:
