2.1176em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;">（一）举报下列违法的奖励人民币500-1000元：</strong></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">1.饮酒（醉酒）或吸食、注射毒品驾驶机动车上道路行驶的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">2.造成人员伤亡交通事故后逃逸的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">3.驾驶达到报废标准机动车上道路行驶的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">4.使用伪造、变造机动车号牌和其他车辆号牌的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">5.驾驶校车、危险化学品车辆严重超员、超载的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">6.驾驶载客汽车超过核定人数5人以上（含5人）的。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;">（二）举报下列违法的奖励人民币200-500元：</strong></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">1.无证驾驶机动车的;</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">2.驾驶载客汽车超过核定人数3人以上（含3人）5人以下的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">3.驾驶三轮汽车、三轮摩托车、农用车、拖拉机、货运机动车违反规定载客3人（含3人）以上的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">4.驾驶机动车追逐竞驶尚不构成犯罪的。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><strong style="outline: 0px;">（三）举报下列违法的奖励人民币50-200元：</strong></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">1.驾驶载客汽车超过核定人数3人以下（不含）的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">2.驾驶拼装机动车上道路行驶的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">3.在高速公路上违法占用应急车道的。</p><p style="outline: 举报人应当对举报行为负责，本着实事求是的原则进行举报，举报人举报严重交通违法行为，应当提供真实姓名、身份证件、住址和联系电话等详实信息，并积极配合公安机关调查取证。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">严禁举报人采用非法手段或者危险方法收集严重交通违法行为证据；举报人采用非法手段或者危险方法收集的严重交通违法行为证据，不得作为处罚依据。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"> 同一个严重交通违法行为被多个举报人分别举报的，奖励最先举报人，举报顺序以受理举报的登记时间为准；对两个或者两个以上举报人联名举报同一严重交通违法行为的，按一案进行奖励，奖励由第一署名人领取。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">举报严重交通违法行为具有下列情形之一的，不予奖励：</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">（一）举报人提供虚假身份信息或者冒名顶替的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">（二）举报不实或者举报信息不清晰、不明确导致无法查实的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">（三）举报的违法行为已经被公安机关发现或者正在查处的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">（四）交通肇事犯罪嫌疑人自首、主动归案后举报的；</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">（五）举报人为依法履职，从事交通管理的执法执勤人员的；</p><p
