2.鱼背向上，鱼肚摊开，在鱼背上划上几刀，给鱼身均匀撒上盐和10克的孜然，放上老姜片，和几段葱白腌制半小时 3.烤盘上铺锡纸，再铺上一层大葱段、姜片和一半的蒜瓣 4.将腌制好的鱼放上去，抹上一层薄薄的老抽，入烤箱200度烤10分钟 5.准备配菜：香芹切段、洋葱切片、土豆去皮切片、青椒切圈、花菜分小块 6.锅中放油，炒香干辣椒 7.再下洋葱炒香 8.放入豆瓣酱，翻炒出香味
