熊海清，中国摄影家协会会员。近年来拍摄的新闻稿件先后被《解放军报》、《中国国防报》、《中国军队政治工作》杂志、《中国民兵》杂志、《战旗报》、《云南日报》、《曲靖日报》等报刊先后刊用1500余条。
作品《2010年抗旱救灾系列》入选中国摄影家协会、云南省文学艺术联合会举办的2010年 “抗旱救灾摄影展”，并被中央档案馆和云南省档案馆收藏。
2014年10 月，《抬运遇难者遗体》等（六幅）》入选中国摄影家协会、云南省文学艺术联合会举办的“云南省鲁甸县抗震救灾摄影展”， 并被云南省档案馆收藏。
2015年9月，《803之殇》组照（纪录类）入选第二十五届全国摄影艺术展优秀作品。
