近年来，市局党委积极适应形势任务发展变化新要求，直面问题、压力和挑战， 准确把握机遇，重视警务实战教育训练，在市局党委的大力支持下，经过政治部前期认真筹备，于2017年12月27日至2018年1月16日在曲靖市人民警察培训基地进行了为期20天的警务辅助人员培训班，来自全市公安机关的128名辅警参加培训。据悉，此次培训是市局首次以“轮值轮训”方式组织开展的辅警培训班。
