四款非常好吃的下饭菜，看了止不住口水
湖南辣椒炒肉主料；猪瘦肉，青椒，酱油，生粉，油，红椒，盐，大蒜，姜。
做法；1.猪肉切片，用生粉，酱油，适量盐拌上，腌制五分钟。
2.青红椒切粗丝，姜蒜切末，热油，少量，下肉，变色，盛出待用。

香辣小干鱼
主料；干小鱼，青椒，胡椒粉（或小米椒），蒜末，盐，生抽，鸡精
做法；1.辣椒切青椒圈圈，胡椒粉和蒜末，小鱼洗洗下热油小火炒香
2.放入青椒和蒜末一起翻炒，撒盐和胡椒粉，然后滴几点水泣一下
3.加点生抽鸡精就可以出锅了

洋葱炒牛肉
主料，牛肉，洋葱2个，尖椒5个，黑胡椒，耗油，料酒，生粉。
做法；1.牛肉，洋葱，尖椒，牛肉切片，加黑胡椒，料酒，生粉，盐抓均匀。洋葱切块，尖椒切段，葱姜末备用。
2.锅放油，油热放入腌制好的牛肉滑炒，炒至变色立即盛出，锅中留少许油，放入葱姜末炒香，放入尖椒，洋葱块翻炒均匀。
3.翻炒均匀后加入滑好的牛肉快速翻炒，加入耗油，少许老抽翻炒均匀，然后水生粉勾芡，即可。

主料；扁豆，香肠，葱姜蒜，干辣椒，酱油，盐。

2.爆香香肠，翻炒扁豆丝
