炒面详细做法 好吃又香

快手炒面的做法
大锅烧开水，撒点盐，水开，放面，稍微沸一下就好，面芯子应该大部分白色，因为还要炒来加热。

青菜不要炒到出水，口感过烂。加入面条后，青菜溢出的水分会被面条吸收。盐不要放太晚，会炒不匀。铲子温柔点，不要切断面条，否则卖相不好。
