安徽阜阳公安创作警察表情包，公安局长亲自参演

“聊时局”了解到，这组表情包是由阜阳公安创作，目的是为了通过表情包这一网友喜闻乐见的形式，传播安全知识等。
同时“聊时局”还了解到，这组表情包不仅有基层民警参演，阜阳市委常委、政法委书记、公安局长刘立兵这位厅级官员也十分接地气，倾情参演，贡献了一个“点赞”的表情包。

刘立兵，资料图“聊时局”发现，这些表情包有些是“早安”“晚安”等网络中年轻人常用的类型网络动图，还有些是诸如“喝酒不开车”“不要打架”等方面的安全提醒。

这组表情包发布在网上后，引发网友好评。有网友评论称，“不仅要为接地气，大胆参演的领导点赞，也要为阜阳公安的大胆尝试、勇于创新点赞。”
“如今表情包已成为年轻人网络沟通中的重要工具，通过制作网络常用表情包和网友分享，不仅可以拉近和网友的距离，还能传播安全知识。”阜阳市公安局宣传科民警段梅介绍。

对于如何请到市政法委书记兼公安局长参演表情包，段梅称并没有什么困难，“在一次会议之后，我向书记汇报请他参演，他很快同意，在办公室就进行了拍摄。”
目前，阜阳公安已经通过微信号“平安阜阳”发出了72个表情，之后还将入驻微信表情商店，方便更多年轻人使用。
