0);">“有为者有位”的导向，那么，沾益区人大常委会代表工作委员会副主任敖艳的经历则生动体现了组织关怀的温度。在乡镇一线扎根13年的敖艳面临着巨大的家庭压力：父亲患恶性肿瘤，两个女儿天生弱视需经常到市级医院矫正，丈夫在特殊岗位难以顾家。“组织主动关心基层干部的生活，对此，我非常感动、充满感激。”2025年9月，敖艳被调回城区工作，她的感动源于“暖心关爱行动”中对干部“政治上激励、工作上支持、待遇上保障、生活上关心、心理上关怀”的明确要求。目前，全市已有167名在乡镇任职时间较长、家庭生活确有困难的干部被调整到城区工作，这种“雪中送炭式”的关怀，正是激励干部担当作为最柔软也最坚实的一环。</span></span></span></span></p><p
