leaf="">5、拥有完成配速任务的责任心与使命感，拥有诚信、亲和、严谨、守时、协作、友爱的品行。掌握配速换算，能根据所在的配速时段制定配速计划，拥有优秀的体能、稳定的配速水平和娴熟的控速能力。每5公里需依照平均配速领跑，误差正负不超过30秒。完赛成绩枪计时误差正负不超过30秒，收尾组正误差不超过5秒。</span></p><p style="text-indent:
