style="letter-spacing: 1px;color: #000000;"><span leaf="">2026年1月27日起，2026年云南省汽车置换更新补贴服务平台（懂车帝App）上线开放，接受消费者领取补贴名额资格券及提交补贴申请。现将有关事项公告如下：</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2;text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;color: #000000;"><span leaf="">1.服务平台每日上午10:00开始发放补贴名额资格券，领取页面显示当日资格券发放进度。消费者成功获取资格券后方可提交补贴申请。一季度，服务平台每日发放补贴名额资格券数量约为1000个。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2;text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;color: #000000;"><span leaf="">2.消费者领取补贴名额资格券时，须完成个人身份信息及手机号码实名认证。消费者可通过服务平台实名认证预查询工具查询，经查询未能通过实名认证的须解决后方可领取补贴名额资格券。</span></span></p><p><span
