0);">（一）有明确洪涝灾害风险隐患事实。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（二）洪涝灾害风险隐患具有即时危险性。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 0);">第八条</span></span></strong><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 符合洪涝灾害成功避险避灾奖金奖励标准的，主要奖励程序为：</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0);">（一）申报。各州（市）应急管理局会同同级水利（水务）局或住房城乡建设局，需在辖区内发生洪涝灾害成功避险避灾事件后2个月内填报个人或单位申报名单，共同组织核实成功避险事件的真实性，填写《云南省洪涝灾害成功避险避灾奖励申报表》，并向省应急管理厅报送核查报告。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: 0);">（二）审查。按照“随时受理，集中审查”形式，省应急管理厅于每年11月根据各州（市）应急管理局会同同级水利（水务）局或住房城乡建设局的申报情况，组织相关专家集中审查申报材料，并拟定奖励等级。必要时，省应急管理厅可派专家前往现场实地核查。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: 0);">（三）公示。省应急管理厅在其官方网站或有关新闻媒体上按规定进行公示，公示时间不少于5个工作日。公示内容包括：洪涝灾害发生的时间、地点、受灾情况；成功预警洪涝灾害的个人和单位基本信息及其对成功避险避灾的主要贡献；避免人员伤亡情况；拟定奖励等级、奖金额度信息等。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing:
