normal;">为有效预防和减少道路交通事故，积极配合做好电动自行车全链条安全监管工作，规范我市电动自行车安全管理，进一步推进超标电动自行车淘汰及以旧换新工作，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《云南省道路交通安全条例》《云南省电动自行车管理规定》等法律、法规和规章规定，结合我市实际，对已发放过渡号牌和行驶证的超标电动自行车办理取消审核记载的有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p GB, Microsoft YaHei UI, Microsoft YaHei, Arial, sans-serif;line-height: 1.6;letter-spacing: 0.034em;font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;">一、根据《云南省电动自行车管理规定》第二十三条第二款之规定，超标电动自行车过渡号牌（“白底红字”号牌）和行驶证的有效期不超过4年。<span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);font-weight: bold;">超过过渡有效期的超标电动自行车，实行报废处理，不得上道路行驶。</span>截至2023年6月15日，经曲靖市公安机关交通管理部门审核记载并发放的超标电动自行车过渡号牌和行驶证已全部超过过渡有效期，<span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);font-weight: bold;">车辆所有人应当按照相关规定向公安机关交通管理部门申请取消超标电动自行车的审核记载。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf="" style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);font-size: 17px;font-family: mp-quote, PingFang SC, system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Helvetica Neue, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei UI, Microsoft YaHei, Arial, sans-serif;line-height: 1.6;letter-spacing: 0.034em;font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;">二、根据《云南省电动自行车登记办法》第二十条规定，申请注销登记或者取消审核记载的，应当提交以下证明、凭证：（一）电动自行车所有人的身份证明;（二）电动自行车号牌、行驶证。电动自行车号牌、行驶证遗失或者灭失的，需书面申告。<span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);font-weight: bold;">请超标电动自行车所有人于2025年10月15日前，持相关资料到各县（市、区）公安局车辆管理所（详见附件）办理超标电动自行车的取消审核记载业务</span><span textstyle="" style="font-weight: bold;">。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span normal;">三、根据《云南省电动自行车登记办法》第十九条第一款之规定，已达到《云南省电动自行车管理规定》报废标准的电动自行车或者超过审核记载过渡有效期的超标电动自行车，公告三个月后，<span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);font-weight: bold;">不来办理注销登记或者取消审核记载的，由公安机关交通管理部门办理注销登记或者取消审核记载。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf="" style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);font-size: 17px;font-family: mp-quote, PingFang SC,
