leaf="">重点为乡镇卫生院及以下的医疗卫生机构培养从事全科医疗的卫生人才。免费医学生录取后、获得入学通知书前，须与培养学校和定向就业所在地的县级卫生健康、人力资源社会保障部门签署免费培养协议和定向就业协议。免费医学生在校学习期间免除学费，免缴住宿费，并补助生活费。免费医学生毕业后，按照入学前签署的定向就业协议到定向县级卫生健康行政部门报到。定向县有关部门按照定向就业协议安排落实免费医学毕业生服务单位，免费医学生毕业后定向安排在县级以下乡镇卫生院的，在乡镇卫生院编制总额内，纳入编制和岗位管理。免费医学生的履约情况纳入医师诚信管理，违约情况记入其人事档案，并适时向社会公布违约记录。</span></span></p><p leaf="">2025年及以后新入学的免费医学生可在应届毕业当年报考省内全科医学领域全日制临床专硕或按规定参加全科专业住院医师规范化培训，完成硕士研究生教育或住院医师规范化培训后到定向就业单位的服务期不少于6年。住院医师规范化培训期间及服务期内不得报考全日制研究生或国有企业、机关事业单位等。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p 15px;display: block;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf="">公费师范生按照有编有岗、统一考试、签订协议、公费培养、定向就业、履行服务期承诺的原则，生源地优先，面向全省招录高中阶段毕业生，创新人才培养模式，为各地乡村学校持续培养一批“下得去、留得住、教得好”的学前教育（专科）、小学全科和初中一专多能乡村教师。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;display: block;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf="">公费师范生在校学习期间免除学费和住宿费，并给予生活补助。其中：学费标准为5000元/人·年，住宿费标准为800元/人·年（按照6人间计），生活补助标准为4000元/人·年（每月400元，按10个月计发）。上述三部分经费，构成公费师范生培养经费，每生每年合计9800元。公费师范生在校学习期间，不再同时获得国家和省政府励志奖学金、国家助学金。</span></span></p><p leaf="">已录取的公费师范生报到入学前，须与生源所在地或定向就业岗位所在地县级教育部门、招生高校共同签订《云南省公费师范生培养协议书》，明确各方权利和义务。公费师范生入学前，未按规定签订三方协议者，取消入学资格。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;display: block;line-height: leaf="">公费师范生按照普通高等学校学生学籍管理办法进行管理。学校将对学生进行中期考核，考核不合格的，取消公费师范生培养资格。公费师范生在高校就读期间，未能取得毕业证、学位证、教师资格证的，县级教育部门、高校有权与其解除协议，学生本人应按规定退还已享受的培养经费（包括生活补助，下同）。公费师范生受到学校开除学籍处分的，本人与县级教育部门、高校签订的协议自动解除，县级教育部门和高校不承担违约责任，学生按规定退还已享受的培养经费。</span></span></p><p
