曲靖市第一中学2025年体育、艺术、信息科技特长生招生实施方案为全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，深化新时代教育评价改革，满足不同潜质学生发展需要，根据《曲靖市普通高中学校特长生招生办法》，结合我校实际，特制定本实施方案。
#### 一、招生计划

#### 二、报名条件
**（一）基本条件**
1. 符合曲靖市招生委员会关于高中阶段教育招生规定报考条件，在曲靖市参加初中学业水平升学考试的应届初中毕业生；
2. 具备一定的特长基础素养和良好的技能水平；
3. 思想品德好，初中阶段无重大违纪记录。
**（二）专业条件**
1. 体育特长生专业条件
- 初中阶段（2025年6月10日前）参加省级（云南省教育厅、云南省体育局）及市级（曲靖市教育体育局）主办的体育比赛，集体项目（篮球、足球）或单项（篮球、足球）比赛获得省级前六名、市级前三名（含）者。
2. 艺术特长生专业条件
- （1）获得国家合法认可的考级机构组织的美术类统一考试取得十级（含）以上证书的。
- （2）获得国家合法认可的考级机构组织的中国舞统一考试取得十级（含）以上证书的。
- （3）获得国家合法认可的考级机构组织的声乐统一考试取得九级（含）以上证书的。
3. 信息科技特长生专业条件
- （1）获得CCF CSP-J/S第二轮省级二等奖及以上者。
- （2）达到NOIP省级二等奖（分数）及以上者。
- （3）在初中阶段（截止特长生报名时间）参加教育部公布的面向中小学生的全国性竞赛活动（自然科学素养类）获得国家级一、二、三等奖者。
满足以上任一条件即可报考科技特长生。
#### 三、报名程序和要求
**（一）报名时间**
2025年6月13日至6月19日，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午14:30-17:30。
**（二）报名地点**
曲靖市第一中学文昌校区教务处
**（三）报名提交材料**
1. 考生身份证、准考证原件及复印件；
2. 体育类：比赛秩序册、比赛成绩册、获奖证书、相关文件原件及复印件，证件材料不齐的不予受理；
3. 艺术类：等级证书原件及复印件；
4. 信息科技类：比赛成绩、比赛证书原件及复印件。
所有材料审核原件后均需上交复印件，证件材料不齐的不予受理，若发现材料虚假则实行一票否决。
#### 四、资格审核
由曲靖市第一中学教务处负责审核，符合上述报名条件并且初中学业水平考试成绩在640分（含）以上的考生方可参加专业测试。
#### 五、专业测试
**（一）报到时间及地点**
报到时间：7月2日上午08:30—11:30
报到地点：曲靖一中教务处（文昌校区）
报到时需提供初中学业水平考试成绩单核验。
**（二）测试时间及地点**
测试时间：7月3日上午8:30—11:30
测试地点：曲靖一中校内（胜峰校区）
迟到15分钟后不得进入测试地点参加测试。
**（三）测试报到流程**
1. 考生凭身份证原件从曲靖一中胜峰校区北大门入校后，由工作人员带领到达规定地点报到。
2. 考生凭身份证抽签决定测试顺序，未轮到测试的考生在候考室等候。
**（四）测试纪律**
1. 考生未在规定时间内到校参加测试，视作自动放弃；
2. 考生入场须接受安检和身份核验，不得携带手机进入考场；
3. 考生须严格遵守考点考场相关规定，服从学校管理；
4. 考场采取封闭式管理，无关人员不得随意出入考场。
**（五）专业测试项目分值**
足球、篮球、声乐、中国舞、美术、信息科技类特长生专业测试满分均为100分。

1. 非守门员测试
- 颠球（10分）
- 传准（20分）
- 运球过杆射门（20分）
- 30米跑（10分）
- 比赛（30分）
- 男子1000米、女子800米（10分）
2. 守门员测试
- 立定三级跳（20分）
- 抛远与踢远（20分）
- 接扑球（20分）
- 比赛（30分）
- 男子1000米、女子800米（10分）
_篮球特长生测试项目及分值_
1. 多种变向运球上篮（40分）
2. 两分钟投篮（20分）
3. 实战能力（30分）
4. 男子1000米、女子800米（10分）
_声乐特长生测试项目及分值_
1. 独唱（30分）
- 测试要求：演唱自选曲目，伴奏自备。
2. 演唱指定合唱作品（50分）
- 测试要求：
- 为了确保公平，考生演唱指定曲目。指定曲目为《天堂海》（李子恒词，陈大力曲，徐欣、贾乐鹏编配合唱）。
- 伴奏提前录制，测试现场考生跟伴奏演唱。
- 声部自选。
3. 视唱练耳（20分）
- 简谱/线谱视唱（10分）
- 测试要求：随机抽取视唱谱，钢琴提示第一个音后清唱。考生可根据自身情况选择简谱或者五线谱。
- 五音组模唱（10分）
- 测试要求：考生抽取模唱题目，工作人员播放录音，考生根据录音进行模唱。播放两遍。
_舞蹈特长生测试项目及分值_
1. 基本功软开度与技术技巧（40分）
- 基本功：三叉一腰（20分）
- 技术技巧：选择自己擅长的技巧来展示，例如平转、侧手翻、大跳等。（20分）
2. 成品舞展示（30分）
3. 即兴表演（30分）
- 聆听音乐前15秒后学生开始伴随音乐即兴舞蹈，表演时长为1分钟以内。
_美术特长生测试项目及分值_
1. 素描：静物写生（50分）
- 要求：用铅笔或炭笔作画。时间：120分钟
2. 色彩：静物写生（50分）
- 要求：用水粉或水彩颜料作画均可，时间：120分钟
_信息科技类特长生测试项目及分值_
逻辑能力测试或编程能力测试（100分）
**（七）成绩确认及公示**
专业测试结束当日，专业测试成绩由考生签字确认后，在学校公示栏进行公示。考生如对本人某项目现场测试成绩存在异议，可当场向评审组长提出，由评审组长做出现场裁决，逾期不再受理。
**（八）合格认定**
专业测试成绩达到70分以上认定为专业测试成绩合格。
**（九）测试注意事项**
1. 参加测试的人员携带身份证、中考准考证和中考成绩通知单参加测试，文化分达到标准才可以参加专业测试。
2. 声乐类考生演唱自选曲目，需自备MP3伴奏，民乐乐器。
3. 舞蹈类考生成品舞展示所需伴奏自备，格式为MP3格式，时间为3分钟以内；需穿着舞蹈表演服装（如果剧目表演服装不方便做技术技巧，请另备舞蹈服）；不化妆。
4. 美术类考生所需8开纸（260×370mm）、画架、画板、画笔、颜料、水桶、夹子等画具考生自备，考生禁止携带参考资料及任何电子设备入场。
#### 六、志愿填报
考生初中学业水平考试成绩和专业测试成绩达到我校特长生招生条件的，需在规定时间内填报曲靖市第一中学特长生招生学校志愿且写出书面就读申请。其他非特长生招生学校志愿，考生依据初中学业水平考试成绩自愿填报。
#### 七、录取程序
1. 根据考生的专业测试成绩排名及特长生招生项目计划，按照专业测试成绩从高分到低分审定拟录取考生名单。
2. 拟录取考生名单在学校公示栏进行公示，公示期为5个工作日。公示结果无异议的，将考生名单上报市招生考试办公室预审后再报市招生委员会。未经公示或公示有异议的不得上报拟录取名单。
3. 被录取的考生，不再参加其他批次的录取。
4. 若发现考生有弄虚作假和舞弊行为的，一经查实，取消其录取资格。
#### 八、保障措施
1. 学校成立曲靖市第一中学2025年特长生招生工作领导小组，对特长生招生工作进行统筹协调、指导监督，对本方案及未尽事宜进行解释。领导小组下设办公室，负责对报名考生进行资格审核、组织专业测试、专业测试成绩复核、成绩汇总、上报审核及网上公示等事宜。
2. 学校纪委成立特长生专业测试监督组对测试全过程进行监督检查。
3. 学生、家长对特长生招生专业测试实施环节认为有不公平、不公正现象和行为，或者对录取结果存在异议的，可向学校反映。
