### 一、招生计划
**数学学科特长生：50人**
### 二、报名条件
#### （一）基本条件
1. 符合曲靖市招生委员会关于高中阶段教育招生规定报考条件，在曲靖市参加初中学业水平升学考试的应届初中毕业生；
2. 具有较强的研究性学习能力和数学实验操作能力，对数学学科有特长和浓厚兴趣；
3. 思想品德好，初中阶段无重大违纪记录。
#### （二）专业条件
初三第一次市统测总成绩在645分及以上，且第二次市统测总成绩在652分及以上（总分700分），提供相关证明材料。
### 三、报名程序和要求
#### （一）报名时间
2025年6月20日至6月21日。每天上午8:30-11:30，下午14:30-17:30。
#### （二）报名地点
曲靖市第一中学文昌校区教务处
#### （三）报名提交材料
考生需持本人身份证、户口册、中考准考证原件、两次市统测成绩单及复印件（2份）。
### 四、资格审核
资格审核由曲靖市第一中学教务处负责，符合报名条件的考生方可参加专业测试。
### 五、专业测试
#### （一）测试时间及地点
测试时间：2025年6月24日上午9:00—11:00。
测试地点：曲靖市第一中学文昌校区。
考场安排：6月23日下午通过曲靖一中公众号查询考场安排。
凭身份证、中考准考证参加考试，迟到15分钟不得进入考点参加考试。
#### （二）专业测试内容及分值
测试内容：数学（初中数学及奥赛相关内容）
测试分值：100
#### （三）成绩确认及公示
考试结束次日在曲靖一中文昌校区校内公示栏公示专业测试成绩。如对成绩有异议，需在公示当天向曲靖一中提出查分申请，逾期不再受理。
#### （四）合格认定
专业测试成绩前50名的学生入围，认定等次为A+、A、B，并与考生成绩一并公示。
### 六、志愿填报
报名考生初中学业水平考试成绩和专业测试成绩达到我校特长生招生条件的，在规定时间内填报我校志愿并写出书面就读申请。其他非特长生招生学校志愿可依据初中学业水平考试成绩自愿填报。
### 七、录取程序
