2.125em;">根据辖区非机动车集中出行时间、重点路段、突出违法行为及涉非机动车道路交通事故特点，结合非机动车和行人交通违法“五选一”劝导教育工作，加强重点时段和重点路段的管控劝导，确保处罚到位，教育到位，促进非机动车骑乘人员自觉遵守交通法律法规。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.125em;">每周五为四区非机动车统一行动日，各地集中优势力量，重点针对非机动车守法率低、涉非机动车事故高发的路段及城市主次干道，逐个路段开展攻坚整治。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.125em;">用好文明交通志愿者力量，劝导制止不文明交通行为，
